After placing your order, your finely crafted Palpatini goods will ship within 2-7 days.

 ESTIMATED STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

USA: 3-7 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Rest of the Galaxy: 10-20 business days

And remember, it’s flat rate shipping!  Which means no matter how large your order is, you still only pay $5 for shipping in the USA, $8 for Canada orders, and $10 for everywhere else in the galaxy… even in the Hoth system. 

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you, the customer, notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please report the problem to Palpatini by email. Contact information is noted on your receipt or you can reach us using the contact form on this site.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you acknowledging the return. Palpatini Fulfillment Center address MUST be used as the return address. You, the customer would become liable for any returned shipments sent to another address or location.

Reasons for Returns – Palpatini does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. We’d be glad to send you a new shirt in another size, but you would need to place a new order for that.

Returned by Customer – The customer MUST contact Palpatini before returning any products AND must receive written approval for the return prior to shipping.

Wrong Address – If you, the customer, provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the supplier facility and you, the customer, will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PALPATINI.
